    Business Visitor Province

    As a business visitor, you need to follow the steps below to be eligible to lay down your feet on Canadian soil:

     You must showcase your net worth of at least $600,000.
     A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated business or management efficiency in the domain you are entering in your visa form.
     Determine whether to establish a new business or revamp an existing one.

     Must create one new full-time job for a Canadian citizen/ permanent resident in your firm.

     Must be able to demonstrate proactivity in ongoing management and business activities.

    Strategic Business Visa Province

    To apply to the strategic business project category, you must:

     Provide evidence of good practice and profitable business operations outside the Canadian region relevant to the proposed ones.

     Demonstrated vital staff members’ list adherence to business management and operation.
     All the key staff members must have or be eligible for immigration status in Canada.
     Minimum equity investment of at least $500,000 to establish, purchase, or expand an eligible business in B.C.

     Aim to create at least three new jobs for Canadians or permanent residents.
